Listening to The Cure because I've had New Order's Theives Like Us (the instrumental track) stuck in my head all day. While I do adore that song and the visual images it stirs up, I've had enough. I realize that I getting cranky as the day wears. It could be due to not eating lunch. I think it's more on the line of feeling guilty about not going to Julious' birthday barbecue thing tomorrow. I really want to go, but moving is going to take all freakin day. Then I'm helping to put the new laminate floors down on Sunday. So I'm going to very tired Saturday night. I've hit the point where I just want this move to be over. Not looking forward to cleaning the old place. Luckily, the duplex is small so not too many surfaces have to be cleaned. And I've still got to get rid of the ugly couch. So if anyone wants a free couch let me know and you can have it free of charge. bleh. I'm ready to be off work so I can a jump on my weekend. And I really need to stop watching the L Word b/c I have visions of Jenny Schecter and Helena Peabody dancing in my already crowded mind.
